Benjamin's Beach House is a modern, contemporary, two story home built with the needs of the discerning holiday maker in mind.
Living Areas
Upstairs is open plan, with lounge, dining and kitchen spilling onto front and back decks to extend the living area. The gourmet kitchen features all the appliances, cookware, crockery and glassware for indoor and outdoor entertaining. The front balcony features a gas BBQ, while the rear and lower decks lead to a bush landscaped yard.
Curl up on one of the comfortable lounges to view the 72cm TV, watch videos or DVD's or listen to music. A HD set top box provides up to 15 Digital free to air channels so you can catch your favourite shows. All windows and sliding doors have flyscreens to allow the sea breeze to flow without the annoyance of insects. Quality curtains are also featured for privacy, control of sunlight and maintaining warmth during the winter months.
Bedroom Configuration
The property sleeps a maximum of 10, and is suitable for up to three couples or two families. Upstairs are two carpeted bedrooms, each with queen sized bed and built-in robes. The master bedroom has its own TV / DVD player with a sliding door onto the back deck. The adjoining bathroom has a double spa and separate shower, whilst the front second bedroom adjoins the second bathroom.
Downstairs is tiled and has a further two bedrooms each sleeping three, and an additional bathroom. The larger room has a combined double bunk with single, whilst the smaller room has a single bunk and additional trundle.
Pillows and doonas are provided, please bring your own sheets and pillowcases as well as towels for bathroom and beach.
